I’m Roger Perry — owner and lead welder at Roger Perry Maintenance & Welding (RPMW LLC). Welding has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I struck my first arc at 10 years old, learning the craft from my uncle and grandfather as we welded hitches onto trucks and trailers. From that moment, I knew this was what I wanted to do for a living.

Nearly five decades later, welding isn’t just my trade — it’s my lifelong craft. Over the years, I’ve built a small, dedicated team that shares the same passion for precision, hard work, and quality results. Together, we take on a wide range of projects — from maintenance and repairs to fabrication and custom builds — all with the same commitment to detail and dependability.
